The seller is unresponsive to my messages?

All sellers have 2 working days to reply to you. If they do not reply within that time then the option to add TackleTarts in the message area will appear as a button called "Escalate To TackleTarts"

If you add us to a conversation we will be able to access all the previous communication (or lack of) and will then be able to either help resolve the problem or issue a refund for you
